Our strong woman wear the ‘malu’ which is of great significance as it embodies protection, shelter and security of our children, our families and our village. The process of receiving the tatau is of immense pain, absolute patience and endurance. Our family proudly wear our cultural tatau as it is our identity to the world but above all it exemplifies our determination, courage, respect and unity.
